BLACK SESAME SEEDS BENEFITS
Black sesame seeds contain a lot of good amino acids and minerals and known to be excellent for health. It provides benefits for

Black sesame seeds contain Anthocyanins which have strong antioxidant properties and help remove free radicals accumulated in blood vessels and lower cholesterol. It cleans and strengthens blood vessels.
(2) Brain health
They have Lecithin which is natural and essential fat is beneficial for brain health and prevents Alzeimers and dementia.
(3) Against gray hair and hair loss
They promote melanocyte activity to produce melanin – the pigment responsible for hair and skin color. In Chinese medicine, it is considered to nourish scalp and hair, reverse grey hair and aging.

How to make Kale & Black Sesame Seeds Smoothie
1 Cup Almond milk
2 TS Yogurt
A few leaves of kale – cut them into pieces
1/3 Cup Blueberries
1 TS Black sesame seeds (I buy a bag of black sesame seeds in Asian grocery stores and lightly roast them and store in a jar in the refrigerator).
Add honey if you like sweetness
