Occasionally, I am in the mood for Ramen noodle when the weather is cold or I am too tired to do real cooking. This video shows how to cook Ramen with less oil, so that the oil intake is lower.
What I used here is Korean Samyang Ramen. My best choices are Shin Ramen, Shin Ramen Black(preminum), Samyang Spicy Ramen and Nongshim Neoguri. Bon Appetite!
